Cover Reveal: Isla and the Happily Ever After!!

I was sitting at my desk, getting on with my work when suddenly I get a twitter notification pop up that Stephanie Perkins has tweeted a link to her new covers. I think she has shared this link on her blog, tumblr and twitter already, but like me they may have passed you by. Here are the new covers for Anna and the French Kiss, Lola and the Boy Next Door and now Isla and the Happily Ever After!!

(via)

I think they all look amazing together and I can't wait to get my hands on Isla and the Happily Ever After.

From the glittering streets of Manhattan to the moonlit rooftops of Paris, falling in love is easy for hopeless dreamer Isla and introspective artist Josh. But as they begin their senior year in France, Isla and Josh are quickly forced to confront the heartbreaking reality that happily-ever-afters aren’t always forever.
Their romantic journey is skillfully intertwined with those of beloved couples Anna and Étienne and Lola and Cricket, whose paths are destined to collide in a sweeping finale certain to please fans old and new. - Autumn 2013

Cover Reveal: Stormdancer

Recently the cover for Stormdancer, the first in this Japanese Steampunk series, has been released to the public. I think the cover is beautiful and gives a better idea of what the book is about compared to the UK cover, but I think the UK cover is a bit more public transport friendly. I am so excited to read this book, I hope it's as good as it looks!

Title: Stormdancer
Author: Jay Kristoff
Published: 18th September 2012
Publisher: Thomas Dunne books/St Martin’s PressSeries: The Lotus War #1

And the previously released UK cover -

A DYING LAND
The Shima Imperium is verging on the brink of environmental collapse; decimated by clockwork industrialization and the machine-worshippers of the Lotus Guild. The skies are red as blood, land choked with toxic pollution, wildlife ravaged by mass extinctions.
AN IMPOSSIBLE QUEST
The hunters of the imperial court are charged by their Shōgun to capture a thunder tiger—a legendary beast, half-eagle, half-tiger. But any fool knows thunder tigers have been extinct for more than a century, and the price of failing the Shōgun is death.
A SIXTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL
Yukiko is a child of the Fox clan, possessed of a hidden gift that would see her executed by the Lotus Guild. Accompanying her father on the Shōgun’s hunt, she finds herself stranded: a young woman alone in Shima’s last wilderness, with only a furious, crippled thunder tiger for company. Even though she can hear his thoughts, even though she saved his life, all she knows for certain is he’d rather see her dead than help her.
But together, the pair will form an indomitable friendship, and rise to challenge the might of an empire. - From Goodreads

So what do you think. Do you prefer one cover over the other and are you excited for this? Japanese lore and Steampunk, can this book live up to the hype?

Cover Reveal: Girl of Nightmares

I have just finished reading Anna Dressed in Blood and stumbled across the cover for the next in the series and I had to share this with you.

Kendare posted the following on her website about the cover -

There's no official release date yet, but I wasn't waiting! I love just about everything about this, and I hope you do too! It's from the same team as the first cover. Once again, their talent has boggled me. I'm boggled for the day. I was going to do an actual journal entry now, but you know, eff it. I'm too boggled. My brain is just reds and ghosts and bare feet.
I am soooooo excited!
